You’ll feel right at home in this cozy corner townhouse with allergy-friendly flooring. It’s located in a quiet yet central part of the vacation village and features a beautiful southeast-facing terrace with a view of the mountains.

This beautiful 3-room vacation apartment features:
1 cozy living-dining room with a dining set, upholstered seating area with a sleeper sofa, TV, telephone, and radio with CD player.
2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds
1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, plenty of dishes, etc.
1 new bathroom with shower and toilet.
1 large south-facing terrace with patio furniture and 2 lounge chairs.
The floors are vinyl.
Smoking is permitted only outdoors—non-smoking home!
Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain scenery of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
