You can enjoy your vacation in this centrally located yet quiet corner townhouse with ground-level access and new flooring. It is lovingly and warmly furnished. From your sunny south-facing terrace, you’ll have a view of a meadow.

Our vacation home invites you to relax in the beautiful Allgäu region, surrounded by mountains and lakes. 64 m² of cozy living space for up to 3 adults and 2 children
Large bedroom with a double bed, nightstand, and closet, featuring direct access to the terrace
Children’s room with a bunk bed, a single bed, a closet, and a desk, plus games
Bathroom with a shower and toilet lit by natural light, a heated towel rack, and an illuminated mirror cabinet
Separate kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking. Dish soap and dishwasher tablets are provided.
Living room with a couch, TV, and radio/CD player, with access to the patio

South-facing patio with a panoramic view, equipped with patio furniture and 2 lounge chairs.
The terrace can be enclosed with a plug-in fence, or pets can be secured with a leash. The partially covered terrace offers smokers a nice spot, as our house is a “smoke-free home.” An ashtray is provided.

Flooring: laminate in the bedrooms, children’s room, and living room; tile in the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen.
Pets are allowed in this house. (not on the sofa or in bed)
There is a permanent dog crate in the house (100x60); there is space for another dog crate. Feeding station with two bowls.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The attractive resort town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers.
