Great central location, lovely staff- Nina was a star with extra queries from us. Breakfast was included- the fresh fruit salad was good too and our bathroom shower was lovely and hot.
Although there are several breakfast options that were really nice- thank you, it would be nice if a few pastries like pain au chocolat could be added to the self- serve buffet section.

Good location - walk to shopping centre and Barbican area. Very clean. Very helpful staff . Excellent breakfast.
Unfortunately there is very little parking on site . When I booked the room it wasn’t made clear that you had to contact the hotel direct in order to pre-book the parking. The staff were very helpful in managing to give us a space for the car. However be aware that all roadside parking is via the Ringo app.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff
Bed was a bit small, bin was not emptied and it was a bit noisy from the street
