The room was a really good size, the bed was very comfortable, and had tea, coffee hot chocolate etc. The hotel itself, very clean & well looked after. The hotel is in a very good location and close to everything
The room was very hot and we had to turn the radiator down in the bathroom and open the windows. I couldn't see how to turn them down in the bedroom itself. I think this was due to being on the top floor. Then a rogue seagull kept me up all night.

Convenient location good size room breakfast included.
Nothing to dis like really considering value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely, clean, and comfortable room. Tea and coffee in our room and nice fluffy towels. Great value for money. Very central. Ideal for visiting the Theatre Royal (literally at the end of the street and across the road), a short drive or 10 minute walk to the Arena. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast, with toast, cereals, teas, coffee (filter), and juices available to help yourself to.
Nothing! All was good.

Rooms were reasonable slavishly
Spacious
Stacked parking was a problem. If a late arrival, you need to leave your keys with reception so your car can be moved to allow early arrivals to get out.
