We spent a quiet night in a lovely clean room and comfortable bed with immaculate bedding . Ample wardrobe space , which is unusual, together with hangers for coats, and the separate sitting area was great. Staff were welcoming and a good bar and eating area. Voucher for a free cocktail received when checking in. A pool table and a rack of umbrellas in the entrance area. Breakfast was buffet style and as well as cooked items there was a great variety of fruit and yoghurt and cereals and pastries and deli style meats and cheese slices. Normal sliced bread available to toast but also good quality loaf to cut your own. Coffee machine was good and a big selection of teas to choose from. Very convenient to Plymouth Arena where we were attending a show. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel.

The bed was comfy, chambermaids were lovely and room was immaculate.loved all the dogs, especially the one that peed on the cleaning sign 🫣
Room was a bit cold when we arrived.the table was the same, three hours after we went back down after breakfast.

The staff very very welcome beautiful hotel
Our room was directly across the road from major major building works and even with the window shut and the t.v on unfortunately we could still hear the noise. Deeply disappointed. But I'm sure on our next occasion we can ask for a room at the back of the hotel
