Overlooks the harbour and both rooms I stayed in very nice. Good value.
Didn’t bother me - but it is over a pub - so can be a bit noisy when they have music on. I enjoyed it - went to the music.

Great location; easy check-in.
Couldn’t get the WiFi to work; not sure how you can call it a ‘Bed & Breakfast’ when there’s no breakfast!

The location itself is good, the view out of the window is nice... bed seemed comfy enough.
Maybe my own fault, but didn't expect it to be quite as loud as it was, the windows offered no sound insulation at all, you can hear conversations word for word outside, there were cracks in the walls which probably made it worse. Due to location and loud cars going past it was difficult to get to sleep/stay asleep.
There was no shower gel and barely any toilet paper.
It was quite dirty/dusty in places.
