About this apartment rental
You’ll be staying at “WITTHUS,” located near the beach at Hansastraße 8, in apartment 13 on the top floor.
Everything is so close by—the beach, the ocean, the restaurants. Pick up fresh rolls at the bakery around the corner and enjoy breakfast or a late lunch on the southwest-facing balcony. Stroll in your flip-flops to the sandy beach, just 100 m away. Easily reach shops and restaurants on foot. Gosch on foot, Grande Beach Café on foot—everything on foot. That’s what a vacation is all about!
This vacation rental is located high up on the 3rd floor, facing away from the street, and is ideal for two people. An elevator is accessible via stairs. In addition to a closet with shelves and drawers in the bedroom, there is a large built-in closet and a coat rack in the entryway. The open-concept living room features a cozy corner couch, a flat-screen TV, and a sideboard. The dining area is furnished with four chairs, and the kitchen offers all the necessary amenities. The double bed in the bedroom consists of two separate mattresses.
The floors are tiled, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the balcony door closed, provided it does not disturb the neighbors and cigarette butts are disposed of in the trash container as soon as possible rather than in the regular trash can.
Use of the parking space in the underground garage is included. The clearance height is 2 meters. Note on usage:
Parking space WE 13 is reserved for you. It is a double-parking lift platform for cars weighing up to 2,000 kg, with a height of 150 cm, width of 190 cm, and length of 500 cm. Therefore, this parking space is not suitable for SUVs or other tall vehicles. The height specification includes roof racks, bike racks, antennas, etc. Park at your own risk!
If your car cannot be parked in this space, you can park in the large parking lot, which is only about 150 m away, or along the sidewalk on Hansastraße. You may, of course, load and unload your car in the garage in the general traffic area. Unfortunately, long-term parking is not permitted. All underground parking spaces are reserved.
