Just 100 m from the beach: 2-room apartment right on the beach in the "Witthus" building at Neue Bergstraße 7
Simply perfect for a wonderful vacation. Very close to the beach, yet located on a quiet side street. The approximately 50-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is accessible via stairs. The apartment features a lovely balcony, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, and a living room with an upholstered sofa set that converts into a sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m), a wardrobe, and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Free Wi-Fi is available (no compensation in case of service disruption).
Pets are allowed upon request; smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Parking in the underground garage is included. Note on use:
Use of the parking space in the double-deck parking garage (below) is included, but access is at your own risk (no liability)!
No station wagons, Jeeps, lowered cars, or vehicles with roof racks.
The following minimum vehicle dimensions must be observed: The maximum height of the car is 1.35 m* including roof-mounted accessories (depending on vehicle type); the width of the car depends on the usable parking space width (max. 1.90 m), 4.80 m in length, and a maximum parking space load of 2,000 kg.

If your car cannot be parked in this space, you may use the two parking spaces in front of the house, to the left and right of the front door, provided they are not occupied by other guests of the house.
Alternatively, you can park in the large paid parking lot, which is approximately 100 m away. You are, of course, welcome to load and unload your car in the garage’s general traffic area. Unfortunately, long-term parking is not possible, as all parking spaces are reserved.
