Welcome to Hochbergle House 1 in the Hochbergle Vacation Village, an idyllic retreat in Lechbruck am See, where relaxing days surrounded by nature await you. This inviting 64 m² vacation apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is the perfect place for families, couples, or nature lovers planning an unforgettable stay in a rural setting.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features two cozy bedrooms with warm laminate flooring and plenty of natural light. These create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after an eventful day. A modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub ensures that you feel completely at home.
The heart of the property is the spacious living room, equipped with a cozy seating area and a TV, allowing you to watch movies together in the evenings. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite meals; the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop to make cooking easier. High chairs and cribs are available for younger guests, making the apartment especially child-friendly.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the covered terrace with patio furniture, where you can relax or enjoy breakfast outdoors with a view of the surrounding countryside. The idyllic Allgäu vacation village of Hochbergle is situated on a hill, the Hochbergle, overlooking the Oberer Lechsee, nestled in a beautiful moorland landscape and offering a breathtaking view of the Ammergau Alps and the Lechsee.
Since the vacation village is built on a hill, many houses are accessible only by stairs, and in most cases, you cannot drive a car right up to the front door—only to a spot nearby. However, some have ground-level access and parking bays very close to the house; I’d be happy to advise you on these.
Pets are welcome in certain houses, for a fee and with advance notice; please note that dogs must be kept on a leash!
Our vacation village is largely car-free. Access is secured by a gate, which opens on your arrival and departure days via license plate recognition.
The vacation village also features a restaurant, which reopened on 1.5.2026.
Open daily except Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch are available for groups of 6 or more with advance reservation.
We also offer an external bread roll service in the mornings with delivery right to your door!
A utility building with coin-operated washers and dryers is available, as are electric car charging stations.
In addition, the youngest guests can enjoy a newly redesigned playground featuring ping-pong tables, a climbing frame, an in-ground trampoline, balance beams, and a soccer field.
Games, ping-pong paddles, and sleds can be borrowed at the front desk.
Free internet is provided in every house.

Mit dem Wäschepaket. könnte man auch die Gäste fragen, ob sie es selber beziehen wollen und so evtl 10 Euro dann abziehen

Die Toilette war nicht sehr sauber ( haben wir erst mal geputzt ) und auch unter der Couch könnte nach einem Aufenthalt gesaugt werden . Ansonsten alles in Ordnung und der Check in sehr freundlich !!! Die Gegend ist wunderschön und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert .
