The upper floor features 2 bedrooms (travel crib and safety rail provided) and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. One bedroom has direct access to the balcony.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a hallway, a living room, a wood-burning stove (wood included), a washer, a dryer, and a separate guest restroom.
Two terraces (sun loungers and a charcoal grill provided). One of the two terraces opens onto the adjacent meadow property.
The Swedish wood-burning stove (wood included) guarantees lovely, cozy, warm evenings during your vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired.
A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Enjoy sunny days and sunsets on the terrace right next to the house, or have a barbecue (charcoal grill provided) on one of the two terraces.
Just a 5-minute walk from the vacation home, you’ll reach Baderwäldlesee, perfect for swimming and cooling off.

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was perfect! Beautiful view from balcony. Great walk to the e lake, quite community. Host helped us out with a misunderstanding on my part, really appreciated it. My husband now wants to buy a place like this!
