Vacation Apartment No. 58 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.
Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this approximately 50 m² apartment. Located on the first floor of the building, this 2-room apartment with a south-east-facing balcony offers cozy accommodations for up to 4 people. You’ll access the apartment via an outdoor staircase. The apartment features a separate kitchen, a living and dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag complex is approximately 400 m.
Relax on the furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. From there, you’ll enter the living area. The living room features a sofa bed (140 x 230 cm) and a cozy dining area. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV provide entertainment.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven with a grill, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine is also available. Tile flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment.
The double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the bedroom offers additional sleeping space for two people. You can store your luggage in the spacious closet. Curtains and roller shades on the windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The tiled bathroom includes a towel warmer. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
Your assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack by the building as well as in the bike storage room. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Einkaufs möglichkeiten sind in fünf Minuten zu ereichen., Zur Ortsmitte sind es ca. 15 Min. Auch zur Ostsee kommt man in der gleichen zeit.
