This approximately 58-square-meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The large sun terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and is equipped with an awning and patio furniture.
The living area features a wood-look designer floor. It features a leather sofa set with an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a fold-out bed. Wi-Fi is included (no compensation in case of service disruption). The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. The dining area seats three people.
The sleeping area is separated from the living area by wide sliding slats and is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe.
The bathroom features a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a towel warmer. The washing machine is no longer available.
The clothes dryer is located in the building and can be used for a fee.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. We ask that you respect these rules. An outdoor parking space is included.
