It features an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony, in addition to modern amenities. The floors in all rooms are granite, and there is an open, modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The living-dining room features a sleeper sofa (for 1 person), a leather armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm / single mattress), a single bed (90x190 cm), and a nightstand. The closet is located in the hallway and offers ample space for your clothes. The brightly tiled indoor bathroom features a corner shower.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. Pets and smoking are not permitted. We ask that you respect these rules! Parking is included.
During Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the apartment can be booked on a weekly basis.

Die Wohnung 406 im Berliner Hof in Scharbeutz ist sehr gut. Buchen wir für das nächste Jahr wieder. In der Wohnung stimmt alles, die Buchung des Appartments läuft stes reibungslos, im Haus ist ein Bäcker und ein Restaurant. Sehr bequem für Feriengäste mit Appartment und auch sehr gut. Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt in der Nähe. Bei schlechtem Wetter sind in der Umgebung viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Scharbeutz ist toll für Familienurlaub. Wir reisen immer mit dem Auto an und sind daher auch bei schlechtem Wetter beweglich. Gruß von einer Landfrau
