The apartment has 3 rooms and is approximately 63 m² in size. A free carport parking space is available to the right of the building at Fischerstieg 1.

The entire apartment features high-quality designer flooring with a warm and bright look. The bathroom is tiled in anthracite. Some of the windows have pleated blinds.

Very low-profile shower with two movable glass panels, a clothes dryer, a chair, and a shelf.

Open wardrobe with shelves and drawers, a box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (separate mattresses), nightstand, and valet stand

Tolle saubere Wohnung . Abwicklung mit Schlüssel verlief reibungslos. Wenige Schritte zum Meer und der Promenade. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Wir hatten einmal Probleme mit dem Heiswasser, das wurde aber umgehend erledigt!
