In the living room, you’ll find a corner couch that converts into a sleeper sofa (for 2 children), an armchair, a large flat-screen TV (106 cm screen diagonal / 42"), and a (Wi-Fi) Blu-ray player. The entire living area has laminate flooring.
The dining table extends to 168 cm x 90 cm, providing ample space for 2 adults and 2 children. The small, separate built-in kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave.
The interior bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is a window facing the living room that can be darkened with a roller shade.
The modern bathroom features a round shower, a sink, a toilet, and a towel warmer.

Outdoor parking is included. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.

Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist optimal, zentral und strandnah. Fahren gern noch einmal dorthin.
