This modern 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 3rd floor with a northwest-facing balcony, is easily accessible by elevator. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen satellite TV, a telephone, a radio/CD player, free Wi-Fi, an open-concept kitchen with a Senseo coffee pod machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dining area for 4 people.
The separate bedroom (newly furnished in November ’24) features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) (1 crib and 1 high chair are included with the apartment) as well as a wardrobe.
The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. Bicycle storage is available in the underground parking garage. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are located in the basement.
Underground parking space No. 32 (entrance from Neue Bergstr. 5, maximum vehicle height 1.45 m, forward parking only) is available for your use. During the 2026 season, a beach chair at Korb am Meer is included from May 1 through September 15.

The vacation complex is located near the beach in a traffic-calmed zone and is ideal for family vacations. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the beautiful Dünenmeile with its boutiques and cafes, the spa gardens, and the tennis courts. You can easily reach the apartments by elevator. An underground parking garage is available to guests in the building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement; use is available for a fee.
