Helpful and communicative staff, fantastic location, big and spacious rooms. The apartment was generally clean, wi-fi was fast, and all appliances worked. Overall, great value for money, especially in Venice.
Check-out at 10h00 is too early. The apartment is in a dated building, so noise can be heard throughout the day.

The location was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our contact person was very hospitable and spoke my language, which was a plus, since we were in a foreign country. Each bedroom had its own independent air conditioner, which was nice. The common area was spacious. We used the washer/dryer combo. Most places we have stayed in Italy did NOT have AC, but this one dod.
