Situated directely at the Campo Santo Stefano. Perfect to visit San Marco, La Fenice, Rialto and Dorsoduro!
We got only 1 set of keys which makes everything a little bit complicated for a group of five.

The location is very central and close a vaporetto stop. The apartment is great for 3 couples or a large family. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the terrace multiple times and it is a highlight of the property. A true find in Venice.

Location: very good, 3min walk to Palazzo Grassi and the San Samuele vaporetto
Space: very very large apartment with 3BR, 3 baths (only 2 usable).
1) Building entrance in a state of decay and disrepair. Signs of extensive water damage, dust and debris, smell of rotting wood, even a large rat inside the lobby.
2) One of the bathrooms was unusable, with sewer gas and unsanitary sewer flies coming from shower floor drain. Interestingly, at check-in that door was the only room closed (all other room doors open), and there were plug-in air fresheners left on the floor, perhaps by previous guests. There was no response from owner or owner’s agent when alerted to the obvious plumbing problem. All indicating that they are aware of the problem, but ignoring it
