We loved everything - location superb
Rooms comfortable and clean
Terrace perfect for morning coffee or aperitif
Stairs are challenging if you are not used to them but so worth the effort - if only I’d stayed a week I could’ve been very fit

The best location in Venuce. Clean and Spacious rooms all with AC. The Maid is a super nice lady who will answer all your questions and give you advices about the city

The hosts were amazing! The apartment was so beautiful and comfortable. We all felt so grateful to stay there and the location was beyond fabulous! It was so quiet, yet in the heart of one of the best areas of Venice! We will definitely be back! This apartment was the best I’ve ever stayed in! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were all supported during our stay. Thank you so much!
I’m sad I had to leave. Wish I could have stayed another week!

The apartment was very nice, well appointed and great location . The beds are mostly comfortable, one was too soft. Bathrooms were large, clean, nicely stocked with toiletries and had a washer. The kitchen was nice and adequately stocked. The terrace had beautiful views but it was too hot to enjoy except in the morning. The evening had too many mosquitos.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning did not work well. There is one wall unit that worked but couldn’t keep up. the central air conditioner did not cool at all. It was so hot and miserable. No one could sleep, you couldn’t open windows to possibly get a breeze because you would get bit up by mosquitos. All the windows and shutters had to remain closed so the heat wouldn’t come in so it was dark in the whole unit. It was not enjoyable to hangout at all. The temperature in the apartment never went below 29C (84F). Because of this it put a real damper on our stay.
