Great place to stay. Property was fabulous and in such a good location
Sofas a little uncomfortable but all else great.

Location, Location, Location
The air-conditioner was necessary at night but very noisy making it dificult to sleep on occasions. However, I am sure the owners will install a profession system.
I wasn't too fussed on the rules and regulations. I have been in at least 15 booking.com, or equivalent places, and thee rules and regs outnumber the entirety of all the others. I just takes a bit of a shine off the experience. Value for money, it probably not too bad.

The location is great and so easy to get everywhere. Communication from owner was good.
The apartment we received was dank and loud air conditioner. The apartment needs work to bring it up to a standard that should be on booking.com

Location was great, host was great, facilities where great
The bed was a little old, the room was dark and the filters in the air-con needed changing
