The decor, the quality of furniture and bathroom installation , the thoughtfulness of little extra amenities, even a little radio, and fresh milk.

Lovely hotel in bath . We visit our daughter often so have stayed in most places but this was the first time at The Yard hotel .
Pleasant surprised how clean and modern it was , great breakfast hamper delivered to our room in the morning . Would definitely stay again

Location was excellent for walking into the centre, everything really close by. Friendly staff, lovely clean room and priced well. Excellent base.
We found being located at the front of the hotel to be slightly noisy but only due its central location. We asked if we could be moved to the back of the hotel and the staff were very accommodating with our request and we found this much better.

The foyer and garden area was very cute.
The carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty looking. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot. The room was quite small and cramped.
