The perfect hotel; elegant, refined but not stuffy. Great location, staff were fantastic and shout out to Alex. We will be going back for sure. Also fantastic cocktails at the bar.

Absolutely excellent location and brilliant facilities.
Nothing I didn’t like - it was great!
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
Central location, good brasserie, helpful staff, interesting paintings and generous consideration of dog friendly areas in the hotel.
Fierce springs on bedroom doors which slammed. Outrageous Pet Charge … no dog bed, bowls, towel, treats …£35 a night! Dark decor in room. No cold water from hand basin. (Told this was because of plumbing/building issues) How come there was cold water in the shower!
