The breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal for visiting Bath
The Bird Grill was good (but pricey)
The car park is small and quite complicated for parking and exiting ...
The windows in our room were not modern ,so they let in draughts ( a minor point)

The Staff were very good helpful and knowledgeable
Style over substance. Looks good on the website but , Room was very small 3/4 mattress on a double bed base .
Very expensive for what it offered, food was very poor and very expensive!
