Front desk staff were very nice and helpful
Room cleaning was not good . Was always dirty , cups spoons - never refilled teas properly . Rubbish around the place . Bathrooms not fully cleaned . 1 or 2 days when I had to remind them to clean my room . One of the days didn’t get cleaned they forgot . And then it was too late . So the cleaning was an issue
