Your vacation apartment 32 in Haus Belvedere is located on the 2nd floor of the building and offers a view of the sea through the spacious corner window.

In the hallway, you’ll find plenty of storage space for shoes, jackets, and luggage, thanks to the shoe cabinet, wall cabinets, and coat rack.
In the separate bedroom, two single beds (each 80×190 cm) with open footboards ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The window is equipped with a blind for privacy and a fly screen. Above the beds, additional cabinets—in addition to the wardrobe—provide ample storage space for the contents of your suitcase, even for longer stays.

The small, interior shower room is functionally equipped with a shower stall and an illuminated mirror cabinet.

From the combined living and dining room with a kitchenette, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea and the nearly 300-meter-long pier.
The cozy, modern corner couch easily converts into a bed (145×200) if an additional sleeping option is needed.
The dining area seats 4 people—it’s a great spot to eat, play games, and chat with guests.
Despite its compact size, the small kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals in your vacation rental:
The induction cooktop with 4 burners lets you prepare more than just breakfast eggs—whatever you like. The refrigerator with a freezer compartment has room for all foods that need to be kept cool or very cold. The microwave ensures quick reheating. With the small dishwasher, you can save yourself the hassle of doing dishes on vacation. Of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and necessary cooking utensils are provided.

For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV in both the living room and the bedroom, a compact stereo system, and plenty of books to browse through.
On the corner balcony (18 square meters), which is furnished with a table, chairs with cushions, and sun loungers, you can enjoy the sun and the view of the sea and countryside almost all day long.
The elevator in the Belvedere building lets you easily reach the 2nd floor with your luggage and groceries.

Welcome to the “Belvedere” apartment building!

The 7-story apartment building, with its 91 apartments, is located just 100 meters from the white, fine-sand South Beach, the lively pier plaza, and the new 1.5-kilometer-long promenade.
As a guest at the Belvedere, you have the option to use the sauna located on the roof (7th floor) for a fee. The spacious rooftop terrace with its magnificent ocean view is also freely accessible to you.
A private parking space right in front of the building saves you the trouble of searching for parking.
Thanks to the two elevators, you can easily take your luggage all the way up to the 6th floor. The building entrance is conveniently accessible via ramps if needed.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (available for a fee).

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, the spa center, playgrounds, shops, beach chair rentals, bike rentals, and recreational activities.
