On the balcony, furnished with wooden furniture, you can enjoy the sun from morning to night. If it gets too warm, two electric awnings provide shade at the touch of a button.

In the high-quality kitchen area—featuring a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and 4-burner ceramic cooktop—you can cook just like at home. At the fold-out dining table, you can spend cozy evenings enjoying delicious drinks and good conversation.
From the comfortable box-spring bed (140×200) in the separate bedroom, you can still enjoy a bit of the ocean view through the large window right next to the bed. A blackout blind ensures your privacy. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.
Staying longer? An additional closet is available for you in the storage room next door.

Welcome to the “Belvedere” apartment building!
This 7-story apartment building, with its 91 apartments, is located just 100 meters from the white, fine-sand South Beach, the lively pier plaza, and the new 1.5-kilometer-long promenade.
As a guest at the Belvedere, you have the option to use the sauna located on the roof (7th floor) for a fee. The spacious rooftop terrace with its magnificent ocean view is also freely accessible to you.
A private parking space right in front of the building saves you the trouble of searching for parking.
Thanks to the two elevators, you can easily transport your luggage all the way up to the 6th floor. The building entrance is conveniently accessible via ramps if needed.

Das Haus ist schon älter, aber die Wohnung sehr liebevoll renoviert. Klein und gemütlich. Trotzdem hatte der Kinderwagen im kleinen Flur der Wohnung Platz. Mit dem Fahrstuhl und der Rampe vorm Haus kamen wir gut rein und raus. Der Blick vom Bett aus auf die Ostsee ein Traum. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon konnte man nicht nur die Sonne, sondern auch den Blick auf die Ostsee genießen. Ich habe die Zeit mit meinem Sohn dort sehr genossen.
