Welcome to our “Little Havana” vacation rental in the Ostseeapartments on the Fehmarn Sound!
Our “Little Havana” vacation rental offers a spacious 60 m² living area on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the South Beach, the pier, and the Baltic Sea.
Information on additional costs and fees:
A private parking space (No. 25) is available to you free of charge in front of the apartment complex.
To ensure a pleasant stay, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and on the covered walkway in front of the apartment. This is a smoke-free and pet-free accommodation.
The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for a fee.
The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.
If available, a bike shed can be booked for an additional fee of 5.00 € per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend reserving well in advance.
The bathroom offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. A designer bathtub, a glass shower, and the complimentary sauna invite you to unwind. The bathroom also features a hand-washing sink, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rack round out the comfort package.
The bedroom features a double bed with two memory foam mattresses and a large wardrobe with a mini safe.
The spacious living/dining room has a Cuban-inspired design and is furnished with a cozy leather sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DAB+ radio with a CD player. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people.
The living room opens onto a large balcony, from which you can enjoy views of the ocean and the South Beach—just 50 meters away—without getting wet, even during strong west or east winds or rain.
Adjacent to the dining area is the open kitchen. It is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and dishwasher. There is an ample supply of kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and glasses.
An iron, ironing board, and a clothes rack are available for small laundry loads.
Free Wi-Fi and a nearby parking space are available to you at no charge.

The Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode offers, in addition to the neighboring spa center with its extensive wellness and relaxation offerings, a spa park, a sports center, the Großenbrode marina, a municipal harbor, and a water sports harbor, as well as many recreational and leisure activities such as biking, hiking, swimming, and surfing. Via the nearby Fehmarn Sound Bridge, you can reach the island of Fehmarn, where you can play golf (approx. 13 km), strolling and shopping in the historic old town of Burg (approx. 14 km), and a swimming experience in seawater at the FehMare wave pool (approx. 16 km).
