Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this modern 40 m² studio apartment in the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode. Located on the first floor, the apartment offers a light-filled living area, a cozy north-facing balcony, and stylish furnishings—making it the perfect getaway for couples and short breaks by the Baltic Sea.
The bright living area, with its cozy sofa nook and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. The visually separated sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) and ensures restful nights. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers not only all the essential utensils but also an oven, dishwasher, and a convenient Nespresso machine.
The modern spa-style bathroom, complete with its own sauna, walk-in shower, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack, provides special moments of relaxation—perfect for when the weather in northern Germany turns unpleasant.
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 2). You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.
