Location, it’s near the metro and you can also walk to some major attractions. We were able to check in early.

Very clean, very friendly
the location was further from the gothic quarter that I'd have preferred

Nice, modern hotel in an excellent location, especially if you are visiting Barcelona for the LGBT scene. Rooftop pool and lounging area is nice, too. Frederick at the front desk is super nice and helpful!
We had an interior room and it had little to no light which really messed with our sleep. Wish we had asked to change it! The shower design leaks out water. The AC would not stay on for more than an hour (but was comfy when it did).

We were far from the center of the city and that was an issue. The air conditioner was ort working well. The entire place especially the room smelled like a sewer problem.
The location, the room quality with the air conditioner and the smell of the room.
