The room was on the smaller side, but it was as expected. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Barcelona and within walking distance of major attractions. Despite being in such a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, likely because my room faced an alleyway.
Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, one older female receptionist was quite rude to my mother. She seemed to smile and be warm toward other guests, but not toward us, which made us feel unwelcome.

Great location, quiet so slept like a log, clean, good choice at breakfast & constantly being monitored & topped up, free safe.
Room was particularly small but I wasn’t in there a long time and it was a solo booking so that was ok.
