Beautiful building in keeping with traditional design but also modern inside. The building was secure. Liked that we were able to drop our bags off before we checked in. Grateful for the early check in and provision of a cot bed. Having an elevator in the building is very helpful. The airport shuttle bus stop right outside was really handy. The apartment was located in a quieter part of the city but still in walking distance to various tourist hotspots. Staff were really helpful and answered all our queries. Liked the provision of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, dishwashing soap. It was helpful to have a washing machine and a wash pod.
Things that could be improved on are that we didn’t have hand soap for the bathroom and the hairdryer didn’t work. Having a plug or washing up bowl for the kitchen sink would have been helpful. Also, having an anti slip for the shower would have been better for our little girl so she wasn’t slipping in the shower. Not all the air con vents worked and the slider door for the bathroom was very squeaky. Noise from the corridor and other rooms really travelled through the building and unfortunately this was sometimes during the specified quiet hours which made sleep difficult. Having the curtains at the head of the bed was annoying when sleeping too. The walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint on the lower parts too. Also adding an air freshener would benefit the bathroom.

the place is very close to a metro station, large supermarket, coffee shops and not far from Barcelona's main attractions. Easy instructions on accessing the building and the apartment and excellent customer support through the application.
the second bedroom is tiny and beds are small for adults. Difficult Airconditioning control

location was good, but very noisy. The beds were very comfortable. Apartment was well equipped.
There was no quiet time at all. Our neighbors in the building was very noisy. It seemed like the floors had never been cleaned. Silverfish in the bathroom at night. NO INTERNET AT ALL !!! The answer from the management about internet was "maniana".
