The space was lovely, having two toilets, a great open lounge room and dining area meant we had plenty of space to spread out and relax
The windows wouldn’t open fully to let fresh air in, and the double glass was stuck open meaning we got all of the noise from the street
The street was a main route for emergency vehicles as well as a busy pub downstairs where everyone stood outside drinking till the late hours
If the windows shut it would have been manageable - we contacted property but it was not fixed in the 4 days we were there

I was at an event in the old Billingsgate Fish Market so location was perfect.
I found it a little hard to locate the front entrance as it was slightly round the corner more onto Thames St rather than Monument Street. A more detailed map or photo would help.
Suggest fitting a handrail to the front entrance steps

The property is clean and spacious, and a great location to shops and travel.
Could do with a bit more attention to details. Things like more kitchen towels, toilet paper.
In addition a number of the lights wasn’t working, in the bedroom two out of three lights didn’t work.
Noise from outside was quite high even with two layers of windows.
