Hotel is in amazing location with the most professional and friendly staff. Room was big, comfortable and with a cool view of Shard. I asked for a bottle of Prosecco and a card for my husband’s birthday and I got additional birthday gifts free of charge. Absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to be back!

Hotel was great. Really good service, the hotel staff were very helpful. Room was clean and spacious (relative to other hotel rooms in Europe which are usually small).
Highly recommended.

Location and the rooms were nice and cozy
I had to wait a little longer for my room but they did accommodate me and apologize.

.
Refused to issue an invoice because it was booked through booking. After threatening with a complaint then they issued the invoice. Unprofessional.
