It was close to Whole Foods

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. Our stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, we would not stay at this property again. To begin with, the curtains did not close completely and let in a huge amount of light, making it difficult to sleep properly. The area also did not feel safe at night, which made us uncomfortable coming back to the apartment after dark. The apartment was also very noisy. We could hear almost everything happening in the other apartments, so the lack of soundproofing made it very difficult to relax and sleep. The beds were also extremely noisy. Every time we moved, they made so much noise that it felt like they were going to break. This made sleeping even more uncomfortable. We also noticed several areas of the apartment with significant signs of dampness/moisture, which was concerning and made the overall condition of the property feel poorly maintained. Although the apartment came with an assigned parking space, other cars were constantly parking in our spot. This made the assigned parking essentially useless and was extremely frustrating. Another very unpleasant aspect of the stay was the smoking situation. People were repeatedly smoking marijuana right outside our door, within the property itself. The smell was extremely strong and unpleasant, and every time we went in or out of our apartment, we had to deal with it. This was particularly uncomfortable because it was not just somewhere on the street — it was happening directly outside our door and within the property. During our stay, a fire alarm at the neighboring property was going off for more than an hour. Obviously, this may not have been directly under the property’s control, but it significantly affected our stay and added to the overall lack of peace and quiet. They also provided a beach umbrella that was completely destroyed and unusable. If you are going to provide items for guests to use, they should at least be in reasonable condition.

The location in south Miami Beach is awesome!

In other places, this place would’ve seen as inferior, but because of the great location in Miami Beach, the place gets a great rating.

Location is great. It’s in a quiet area but close enough to walk to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. It is spacious but I would have liked a sitting area.
