The property was not very clean and is in need of updating in a few areas like bathrooms

3 / 10

Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose

4 / 10

South Beach location great for beach and close to restaurants and bars etc

4 / 10

Quite old property. Very noisy and without proper curtains it makes it impossible to sleep well. Both baths are malfunctioning: water leaking, no hot water. No lockers to store the luggage
