Welcome to your spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the heart of Miami Beach on iconic Ocean Drive. Situated in a classic Art Deco building directly across from Lummus Park and the beach, this is the perfect home base for experiencing everything that makes South Beach unforgettable.
Wake up just steps from the ocean, stroll to world-famous restaurants, enjoy vibrant nightlife, explore boutique shopping, and experience the energy of one of Miami Beach’s most famous neighborhoods—all without needing a car.
The Space
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a comfortable lounge space, dining area, and kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing a quick meal or enjoying takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants, the space is designed for convenience.
Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed and its own TV, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination—perfect after a day at the beach.
Additional amenities include central AC, dedicated workspace, free WiFi, and cable TV. App-operated laundry facilities are available in the building (no washer/dryer inside the apartment).
The condo is 790 square feet and comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a 7th guest accommodated on the single sofa in the living room.

Absolute perfect location if you're looking for beach & nightlife. Stayed during the World Cup quarterfinals and could not have asked for a better spot/better price. Lu was super communicative during our stay checking in to see if we needed anything, but the place already had exactly what we needed. Ample space for a group with 3 bedrooms, we had 5 in our party. The bay window facing the Miami Beach sign was a great way to wake up and prepare for the day. The restaurant next door opens early and begins playing music but it wasn't loud enough to wake any of us. You're also in the heart of South Beach, so it's expected. A/C kept the place cool after walking around 100 heat index in July, never an issue. Food, drinks, the beach is all within walking distance quite literally out your front door. Getting an uber to downtown was also easy even with Ocean Drive closed for world cup events, short walk to the corner to catch a ride. The CVS a couple blocks north was great for all items we needed for the stay (snacks, water, beach stuff etc) again easy to walk to. Combo washer & dryer in the unit came in clutch, plenty of cups/plates etc, beds were cozy enough to crash out on after a day in the sun. Clean unit upon arrival. Lu was generous and offered us a late check out to cut down on airport waiting time even! On our next trip to Miami Beach, Lu's property will be the first one I check availability on, couldn't have asked for a better stay, location, and host combined!

What a fantastic apartment right on Ocean drive. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Check in process was excellent and easy communication with the owners and Helena the caretaker. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the heart of the action on south beach.

The host was excellent with communications.Amenities were scarce and beyond frugal. There was not a single packet of coffee, the toilet paper was doled out, and there were three tiny single serving packets of shampoo and a teeny soap bar for a 4 day stay. We asked the woman who let us in, and she was kind enough to bring more the next day, but by then we had run to the CVS to purchase coffee, creamer, shampoo and conditioner. Finally, the beds were in terrible condition. You could see the waves of the old mattresses despite bedcovers,
