This property is severely overpriced, poorly maintained, misleadingly advertised, unsafe, and unfit for families, and we

Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience.
The property is located in a highly problematic area, directly above a bar that produces excessive and unreasonable noise until late at night. This was clearly the noisiest place on the entire street. We arrived with our family, and the noise made it impossible for all of us to sleep.
The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We found used condoms under the bed, the towels were not clean, and not all of the bathroom faucets were functioning. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained and neglected.
It is also important to note that the listing photos are misleading. The main image shown is the rooftop pool, which does not represent the actual accommodation. Moreover, there was no direct access to the pool from our apartment. We were required to exit the building and enter through a different entrance in order to reach it, which was not disclosed in advance.
During our stay, there was also a serious issue with the entrance gate to the complex. Instead of repairing the malfunction, the gate was left open, allowing unrestricted access to anyone, which raised significant safety and security concerns.
Despite all of the above, the price was extremely high and completely unjustified relative to the condition of the property and the level of service provided.
Due to the unbearable noise, we were forced to leave one full night earlier than planned, resulting in a financial loss of approximately $500 for that night.
The staff did not take responsibility and claimed that the property operates as an Airbnb and that there was nothing they could do, which is not an acceptable response from a service or accountability perspective.
I do not recommend this property to anyone, and certainly not to families

RUN ( don't walk ) away from this property.
We checked out after day 1 of our two day stay.It's the worst hotel I've ever slept at in regards to noise . There's a Live Dance Review pumping Latin music at rock concert decibals until after 1 am( complete with non stop dj commentary ) and the rooms windows and the putrid excuse for a balcony abut the semi -outdoor nightclub so there's no excape.
I took a picture if the owner supplied ear plugs in the bedside table.
There's a bunch of other issues with the place like bathroom sliding doors that don't lock or meet up properly - so there's zero privacy.
I contacted the company before the mid-stay checking out and they seemed understanding with a forthcoming partial refund but days later got back to me with a "sorry Charlie - were keeping your money. ALSO The property is listed as a privately owned unit but its actually in a section of the Strand Hotel. My selection of this place was based on it's 8.8 rating - ( says 20 reviews )but when you click on the link to see what's being written the page is blank - FALSE ADVERTISING.
I'm going to be spreading the word about this dump so no other family has to be put through this.
