Great location, very clean and great response from the managing team with a couple issues we had. Thank you
There was an issue flushing the toilet due to the low pressure but after speaking to the staff, we learned that if you press the flush 4/5 times really quickly it will flush. The shower pressure also low and on the cold side, and note the wash machine is outside the balcony in a door. Was great to have

Loved the location, literally a 30 second walk to see the colosseum. Beds were very comfortable. Host let us keep our bags in the apartment the day we arrived while the cleaning staff was still finishing up.
The hot water was a little tricky, it just took some troubleshooting for us to get it to work. The host was helpful in helping us getting it to work.

Everything about the stay was great.
Space - the apartment was very spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults (could go up to 5). When you walk in, there's a living room and kitchen. Further down, there's a bedroom (a double bed), a full bathroom, and a second bedroom (double bed and single bed) with another full bathroom.
Location - just steps away from the Colosseum, a metro station, and taxi stands but there was no noise nuisance bothering us during the day or night. Outside the building, there are two small restaurants, a gelato/bakery place, and a cafe/bar, which was very convenient for quick snacks/drinks/pick-me-ups.
Cleanliness - the apartment and bathrooms were very clean.
Amenities - the apartment is fully equipped with basic kitchen items (dinnerware, cooking things, basic ingredients), lots of bathroom towels, and extra blankets.
Hosts - the host was very responsive throughout the entire booking and stay process via Booking.com and Whatsapp. A tiny issue happened with the bathroom and it was resolved very quickly. And, on the last night we stayed there, they helped us book a private driver to the airport since we had an early flight to catch and were scared a taxi wouldn't be available.
