Aside from the Colosseum being right on our doorstep (!); closer than the photo i have attached. this property is steps from a nice cafe (Cafe Roma) and the Colosseo Station metro - two stops to the center of Rome! Apartment is super clean, air conditioning, plenty of towels, and toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen. Apt is on 2nd floor- take the steps or the elevator- it is quiet and the beds very comfortable. Host Lorenzo is very accessible and accommodating.
This is not a con bc it was not a problem for the four of us. It is one large full bathroom with a large shower. The second bath does not have a shower. Again, super clean and lots of toiletries.

The location was fantastic. It was very close to the Colosseum and the Metro, which made getting around Rome incredibly convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and was surprisingly quiet given how centrally located the apartment is. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for our four-night stay. We really enjoyed staying here and found it to be a great home base for exploring Rome.
Our only minor issues were with the seating and having just one key. Since we were using the sofa as a bed, there wasn’t really a comfortable place to sit and relax. The remaining chair and bench were fairly hard, although we spent most of our time exploring Rome, so this wasn’t a significant issue.
Having only one key was a little more challenging. The key also had to be inserted inside the apartment for the electricity and air conditioning to operate, so anyone leaving the apartment needed to take it with them. This made it difficult if part of our group wanted to go out, particularly later at night, while others stayed behind. A second key would have made the stay much more convenient.
Neither issue would keep us from staying here again.

We really enjoyed the location. You can’t see the Colosseum from the windows, but as soon as you step outside the building, the Colosseum is right there. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.
One thing we really appreciated was having a washing machine, especially since it was so hot during our visit to Rome. We ended up doing laundry almost every day. The only issue was that the power would trip when we used the washing machine, so we had to be careful not to use too many appliances at the same time. Even so, having a washer was extremely helpful.
I had read some reviews mentioning that the air conditioning didn’t work, but we had no issues with it during our stay. It worked well for us.
Booking.com indicated that the apartment had two bathrooms. This was a little misleading, as there were actually two toilets but only one shower. That was my fault for not reading the details more carefully.
The apartment seemed to be furnished with an old, vintage style in mind, which gave it some character. However, I felt the dining area could have been a little warmer and more homey. We didn’t spend much time there, partly because the seating was a bit uncomfortable.

Location and management was prompt.
Was advertised as two bathrooms with walk in showers. There was only one bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom only has toilet and sink. Also, said there was a living room with sofa bed, the sofa bed is in one of the bedrooms, no separate! The AC did not work properly, but they addressed the issue quickly.
