A perfect location if you want to be close to the Colosseum. It does make you feel like a local thing there.
Everything needs updating the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. The sofa is broken and despite looking very good on first look, you discovered that everything needs to be changed. Or updated. It’s located directly behind the restaurant so the terrace outside is behind all the garbage cans of the restaurant and rats are seen running around.

It was close to a major monument.
It was very old. Beds were not comfortable. Sheets were poor quality.

The host was wonderful and the communication was great. Check in was easy and convenient and the location was superb!
The beds were not comfortable - especially the pullout couch. There was not enough hot water - we had to coordinate showering times to have hot water for 4 people. I was looking forward to using the outside area a little more, however, there were multiple rats in the lane. This isn't the fault of the owner....it's just a bit alarming when they run past you, I wasn't a fan. It was nice and convenient to have the restaurant nearby, but I didn't enjoy the restaurant garbage in the lane.
