THE APARTMENT IS PLACED ON THE 6TH FLOOR WITH LARGE TERRACE WHERE YOU CAN ALMOST TOUCH THE COLOSSEUM WITH YOUR HAND AND YOU CAN ADMIRE ALL ROME, TERRACE FURNISHED WITH GAZEBO TABLES AND ARMCHAIRS WHERE YOU ENJOY BEAUTIFUL BY SUNSETS AND THE CITY. THE APARTMENT IS FINALLY RENOVATED WITH 3 ELEGANT BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS, SMALL KITCHEN AND LIVINGROOM WITH SOFA, ALL FINALLY FURNISHED AND SEARCHED IN THE TASTE AND STYLE, IN PERFECT SYNTHONY WITH THE WONDERFUL PANORAMA THAT THE TERRACE OFFERS.

Wonderful Host and property. Views are great, AC is a must in the summer. Easy to ask questions when needed. Great location minutes from colloseum.

Great communication. The view is incredible. As the other reviewers say, there is an extra set of steps once you take the elevator. The ceiling is low at one point. Be careful if you are tall. The extra steps take you to the patio with your incredible view before you get to the apartment. Nikki met us at check-in. The apartment is clean, and the bathrooms are updated. kitchen is small. Overall stay was incredible.

This was the most AMAZING place to stay in Rome. Literally next to the Colosseum, short walks to all the many restaurants and shops around there, and the private rooftop area was unbelievably fantastic! And the AC worked really well. Definitely will come back here the next time we visit Rome
