Location is incredible. So easy to check in and out. Very hassle free. Very quiet even though you are in the thick of it you don’t feel like you are

This is my 4th time to stay here, location is fanatic. One of the best
The bedding was dirty, there was hairs and crumbs on the bedding. I have stayed here 3 other times and never had any issue with this.

Perfect location, very nice shower. Perfect to sleep since it's so dark in the rooms and soundproof. Also very easy to check in and out
The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. My partner felt the same way. Ofher than that, no complaints

Loved the location. Right in the middle of Piccadilly so you were only ever a short walk from an attraction or the tube stop. Loads of food options around you too. The place was cosy and comfortable too. It is perfect if all you plan on doing is using the room the sleep. There was loads of lounge room if you were waiting around too and a nice cafe downstairs.
It was noisy. Around 10.30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night you could hear the music from nightclub nearby. I expected it a little for the location. I’m not sure what it is like the other nights of the week.
