The location and the staff are great - I’ve stayed here many times
People should remember on booking. Sites and on hotel site it clearly states some rooms don’t have windows - this is common in many London hotels - it doesn’t bother me

Excellent location,all within 5 minutes walk of everything id booked,my Afternoon Tea, the British Museum & the West End show at Dominion Theatre.
Cute little waiting lobby by the Reception which surprises me. I was allowed to check in 1.5hrs early.
No lamp by the bed. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Thin walls,could easily hear conversations outside. My room was in the basement, in the -1 floor & bad sewage smell down that hall. The plumbing noise that went off every so often in the bathroom was so loud that it actually gave me a fright,I genuinely thought someone was in the bathroom. Although €174 for a room with no window is INSANE.

The room was adequate, bed reasonable
Homeless people in street outside making noise for a lot of the evening, the stairs looked like they were in the middle of being refurbished but no sign of work being done so unsure. Blind in bathroom broken.
