- excellent location
- modern rooms
- excellent breakfast at a neighboring partner hotel
- a short distance from the metro
- an electric kettle in the room would be a nice touch

Staff on reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly
I did not like that there was no common/lounge area to sit or customer toilets in lobby or roof terrace (as was advertised)
