Clean and had everything we needed. Great location.
One of my colleagues who was staying on a different room and floor did not sleep at all due to a large party of people coming in at 2.30 and being very loud until 4am. She did contact reception who went and spoke to the people but it took a while for them to quieten down.

Considering it's location, I think the pride was incredible. The rooms are small, sure, but you're not there to stay in the hotel room all day. The beds are comfy, the blackout blinds are incredible to ensure a good night's sleep and the TV above the bed is a real treat! Will definitely stay here again!
Nothing - it was great!

Location
Air-conditioning would not go below 19 degrees when 2 adults in the room, with no window, it needs to be cooler

Great location for the Palladium. Very clean
Extremely small room and very strange omelette for breakfast!
