The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and bathroom was great, good shower.
The TV didn't work, it had no signal. The glass was missing from the shelf above the bathroom sink.

Quieter than other places I've stayed in Exeter . Fair rooms , the bed was very comfortable.
A little more attention to cleaning.

Gorgeous hotel, brilliant breakfast and staff. I would stay again.
My only gripe was with the shower, which was either hot or cold. I couldn’t get it to mix.
