Everything! Everything was great and the staff were so friendly.
I really can’t think of anything.

The hotel looked really nice upon entry, staff were friendly and I appreciated the complimentary lemon water at reception. We also had a nice treat including sweets and water in our room as chosen guests of the day, I don't know if they do this for everyone but it was a nice touch. The hotel and overall price was great value and I'd definitely stay at a Leonardo hotel again in the future.
The outside was slightly noisy even with the window closed, from the traffic on the main road outside.

I stayed at Leonardo hotel for two nights and had a really lovely experience. The location is great, everything was clean, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, both in the restaurant and at reception, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time I’m in Exeter.
