Friendly staff and service was efficient. Breakfast was very good, hotel was well situated. I liked the décor and style of the property. Pool area looked great but did not get time to try it.
Room was cold on arrival. No AC controller instructions. Room took a long time to heat up - had to request a heater from reception. Bar service not great, no real customer engagement or eye contact, took a while to get served. Bar area also chilly in certain areas

Breakfast was very good. Staff were lovely
Hotel is run down and tired. Needs a face lift. Our deluxe room was tiny.
