Location. The clean and fresh style of the lobby. The towels and sheets were soft and comfortable.
I wish the “double” bed was not two twin beds make-up separately and just pushed together. It was like my husband and I were each in our own sleeping bags.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly and overall its a lovely hotel. It was really nice that they now have room service.
The bedding was clean but had stains on it which is a little off-putting. As mentioned on a previous stay, there is no kettle and tea / coffee in the room.

Great location and staff are very friendly. Great that they now offer room service.
Linen was clean but stained which is a little off-putting. No kettle or tea / coffee in the room. No basics like tissues in the room.

No warnings about the hotel and more specifically the floor we were in being under renovation.
