Great location. Metro station only 200 m away. Side street, no trafic. Plenty of shops and small restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
Soundproofing between rooms is not good. You can hear normal conversation from the room next to you.

It was clean, designed perfectly and in the best location.
It is perfect

Located just off Gran Via, with very large rooms with lots of daylight, and very friendly and helpful staff... and both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee was at breakfast
Unfortunately, the hotel was so busy that they could not accommodate our request for even a slightly late checkout. I understand this is not their fault though

Location
Very minimal furniture, too little comfort, room facing a wall out of the window
